How much does CompanyMinder cost?
Free to start. The Director plan is £9/month for your first company and £5/month for each additional company (£90/year and £50/year on annual billing — roughly two months free). One subscription covers unlimited documents, the multi-company dashboard, full reminders, IDV tracking, and data export.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. The Director plan is a rolling monthly or annual subscription you can cancel from your account settings at any time. If you cancel, your registers and generated documents stay accessible and exportable — you are never locked out of your statutory records.
What does the free plan include?
The free plan covers viewing the register for one company, a single one-time document generation (one document in total, not one per month), and basic deadline reminders. It is a way to try the product on your own data — upgrade to Director when you need more companies, unlimited documents, or full reminders.
How is my data handled?
Your data is encrypted, hosted in the UK/EU, and handled under UK GDPR. You can export your registers and documents at any time, and request deletion under your right to erasure.
