First-Year Pack — £39, one-off

The paperwork a newly incorporated company is meant to have, prepared for your company from its Companies House record and the shareholdings you confirm, and put in your CompanyMinder account.

What’s in the pack

• Share certificates for fully paid shares

  Numbered certificates for the fully paid shares each subscriber took on incorporation, and each holding entered on your company’s register of members in CompanyMinder. Shares not yet fully paid get their certificate free of charge on request once paid up. If you have already issued a certificate for a holding, we record that one rather than issue a duplicate.

• Your first board minutes

  Prefilled with your company’s details and the shares issued to the subscribers, ready to sign. If the company has one director, you get a written record of the sole director’s decisions instead of minutes of a meeting.

• Your register of members, ready to keep

  Since 18 November 2025 the register of members is the one statutory register a company must keep itself — directors and people with significant control are now recorded only at Companies House. We give you a printable register of members with each subscriber’s holding, and a short checklist of the other records to keep.

• A first-year timeline for your company

  Built from its Companies House record: when the first confirmation statement and first accounts are due, its accounting reference date, and the Corporation Tax and identity-verification steps to plan for.

How it works

1. Confirm who the subscribers are and the shares each took. We fill in the company and its directors from Companies House.
2. Pay £39 by card. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription.
3. Within 1 working day the documents appear in your CompanyMinder account as PDFs to print, sign and keep. We email you when they are ready.
